Here’s an overview of how to use your HRA and how claim reimbursement works:
- Your employer defines eligible expenses and the reimbursement amount.
- Common eligible expenses include copays, prescriptions, medical equipment and more. Check your plan details or use our eligibility tool to find qualifying expenses.
- You pay for eligible expenses out of pocket or through your online account.
- To get reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses, you need to submit a claim.
- Claims are usually processed in 3–5 business days. You’ll be notified when your claim is approved.
