Life is always in motion and unplanned emergencies and accidents happen. With Optum Bank®, Member FDIC, you can rest easy knowing that your HSA Debit Mastercard® is always with you when you have your iPhone.

You can add your Health Savings Account Debit Mastercard to Apple Pay. Even if you’ve left your HSA card at home, you can use Apple Pay to help pay for qualified medical expenses (wherever Apple Pay is accepted).  

To add your card to Apple Pay:

  • Go to your Wallet.
  • Tap on the "+" sign to add a new debit card.
  • Follow steps to add your card. Note: You’ll need your debit card.
  • Optum Bank will verify your information.
  • After Optum Bank verifies your card, tap "Next."

Apple Pay is another way Optum Bank is making it even easier to save and pay for qualified medical expenses.
