Updating communication delivery preferences

Change your communication delivery to online

Help reduce waste and get your information efficiently — when you edit your communication preferences, you’ll now receive email notifications that your statements are available to view online. 

Steps to change your communication preferences

Sign in to your online account. From the top menu bar, click Account, and then select Account ManagementIn the Communication Preferences section, click Edit and select Online.

If you are updating your communication preferences through the Optum Bank app, first sign in to your account. Then click on your account under the Accounts section on the dashboard. Under Account/Plan Information select Account Details. From there, click Edit and select Online under your communication preferences.

Ensure your email address is current under 
Account Profile.
